If you’re using a layout that groups activities by a certain parameter (eg: WBS, calendar, or a particular activity code), editing the value of this parameter for multiple activities can become a cumbersome task. The calendar for all activities in the highlighted range will be updated to match that of the first cell in the range, as shown in Figure 4.3 below.
